1. Protection and treatment of personal data
The Girona Area Public Transport Consortium (hereafter the “Consortium”) owner of this website’s domain hereby commits to respect current legislation for the protection and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the stipulation of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data and any legislation which amends it.

2. Cookies
Any cookies or other analogous technologies which may be used will not store information which might be used to identify the individual users of the website.

3. Protection of personal data included in forms
In accordance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data, personal data provided in this web-based application form will be administered and stored in an automated digital file for which the Consortium is responsible. This information is for the exclusive purpose of maintaining administrative relationships with users in order to process the request for information, to send information by regular post or electronic mail about services or activities of the Consortium related to its area of competence, or to send voluntary questionnaires by either traditional or electronic means on the user’s level of satisfaction with services in order to add to or improve these services as deemed prudent.

4. Provision of personal data to third parties
The Consortium commits to abstain from providing personal data provided by users in forms via any means to third parties, and will not sell, rent, or cede this data to third parties or to any public or private entity without the consent of the owner of the data. Personal data will only be provided to judicial bodies and governmental authorities as required by law.

5. Security of personal data
Personal data will be administered with the level of security required by law in accordance with Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June and measures necessary to prevent misuse, alteration, loss, manipulation, unauthorised access or theft of this data by third parties (which could use this data for fraudulent purposes or purposes other than those for which the user has provided said data) will be implemented.

6. Rights of parties involved
If any parties involved would like any type of clarification about the confidentiality or administration of their data, or would like to exercise their legal right to obtain information, oppose, access, rectify or cancel their data or its use (or any other right which they may have), they may contact the Consortium via email at
